Kanji Ryokucha 4.0

Kanji Ryokucha is a flashcard-based spaced repetition review app supported by the Kanji Koohii platform.

Please note that a Kanji Koohii account is required to use the app. However, there is an option to try it out as a guest.

• Ability to draw each kanji on the front of the cards and compare it to the actual kanji by flipping the card.
• Kanji readings are provided on the back of the cards.
• Stroke order videos are available, sourced from KanjiAlive.
• Access to the Kanji Koohii study page to review current kanji during your study sessions.
• Study Phase feature allows you to control which answers are set aside for restudy.
• Free study option, where you can choose a specific range of kanji for a cram session.
• Guest mode available for users without a Kanji Koohii account, providing 10 due cards for review.
• Completely free with no advertisements or obligations attached.

The Study Phase feature gives you the ability to set aside any incorrect answers for further study. Once you submit your answers, you can access the study page for each incorrect answer and mark them as learned at your own pace. Only those marked as learned are included in future reviews. If preferred, this feature can be disabled in the Settings.

Once you log in with your Kanji Koohii account, the app will sync with your cloud data. This allows you to do your daily reviews using Kanji Ryokucha on your iPhone or iPad, or directly on the Kanji Koohii website. Choose whichever option is most convenient for you each day.

It is important to note that the app is not a replacement for the Kanji Koohii website. You will still need to visit the website for flashcard and story management. However, the app conveniently allows you to jump directly to Safari when viewing a study page.
